It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong ERA TRUCK Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ERA TRUCK). ERA TRUCK was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Jinan, the birthplace of China heavy-duty automobile industry. ERA TRUCK has witnessed the reform, innovation and development of China's heavy-duty vehicles since its establishment, and has always developed and grown together with mainstream manufacturers such as China Heavy Duty Truck, Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck, Weichai Power, Xugong, Liugong and Shantui. At present, it is a heavy-duty vehicle distribution group integrating vehicle sales, parts supply, modification and maintenance, vehicle and parts export, financial leasing, insurance services, information consultation and investment in new technology projects. More than 70 heavy truck marketing and refitting service branches have been established in 16 provinces and cities (Shandong, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guangxi, Henan, Shaanxi, Anhui, Shanxi and Hubei), with nearly 1,600 employees and annual sales exceeding RMB 14.9 billion.
